Refund policy

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, no matter where you’re located, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you covered. For the quickest resolution, please email (hi@mothersbestchild.com) a photo of the misprint or damage along with your order number. Replacement requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hi@mothersbestchild.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hi@mothersbestchild.com.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts, we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hi@mothersbestchild.com within seven (7) days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
